Our Gift Vouchers are sent electronically on the date you specify to the email address given.  If you don't know the recipients email address you can enter your own.
Payment for the Gift Voucher will be charged on purchase, not on the date of issue.
The value of the Gift Voucher is your choice, and you may purchase more than one Gift Voucher at the same time.
Confirmation of the Gift Voucher will only be sent to the purchaser once the order is confirmed and will not be valid until the confirmation email is received.
Gift Vouchers can only be cancelled by the purchaser within 1 working hour of purchase.
Gift Vouchers cannot be returned and cannot be used to purchase another Gift Voucher.
Items bought using Gift Vouchers can be returned or exchanged as normal. Any additional sum paid over and above the Gift Voucher value will be refunded and a credit balance for the remainder will be retained to use later.
If you spend more than your Gift Voucher value you can pay the additional money at checkout. If you spend less your account will retain a credit balance to use later.

How To Use Your Gift Voucher

Simply login or register with the same email address that your Gift Voucher was sent to. Within your 'My Account' area of the website you will see a 'My Gift Vouchers' section. In this section you have a list of all the Gift Vouchers not yet Redeemed. Click add to E-Wallet, against the relevant Gift Voucher and this then credits your account. When you then go through to the check out area you are given the option to pay in full or part using the funds within the E-Wallet.
