We aim to dispatch all orders placed online Monday to Friday within 72 hours or sooner.

Any orders placed online during the weekend will be processed and dispatched within 72 hours of the next working day. (Including Bank Holidays)

All deliveries will require a signature.

We appreciate that you may not always be at home to receive a delivery. Therefore we offer you the option to provide an alternative delivery address other than your registered card address. This option is available during the check out.

Please note if you are not available to sign for the parcel at the given delivery address and it is subsequently returned to us you will be liable for any redelivery charges.

We regret we are unable to post to PO Boxes and to the British Forces Post Office (BFPO)

What if I want to cancel my order?

The United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations give you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days and receive a full refund. For orders that are 'Awaiting Dispatch' it may be possible to cancel your order before it is dispatched. Please contact us at customerservices@jshoesonline.co.uk as soon as possible after placing the order. If your order has already been dispatched please follow the instructions for ‘What if I want a refund?’

What if I want a refund? 

You are entitled to a refund or an exchange if you return your item in perfect condition within 14 days. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason (even if you simply change your mind) we will offer you a refund or an exchange. (excluding original delivery charges)
Fill in your pre-printed Returns form indicating which items you are returning and wish to be refunded for. Place this form in the parcel you are returning to us along with the items. If the items are returned to us within 14 days in perfect condition with all labels and tags attached we will refund you via the original method of payment within 10 days of us receiving the goods. This time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control.
Please note: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the item back to us.

What if I want to exchange an item?

Fill in your pre-printed Returns form indicating which items you are returning and wish to exchange, including the details of the item you wish to receive in exchange.
If you require a different product (rather than a different size or colour of the same product) you will need to place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
Place this form in the parcel you are returning to us along with the items.
Please send via recorded delivery and retain proof of postage.

If you wish to exchange an item for any reason (other than if it is faulty) the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the item back to us. Once we have received your returned item UK customers WILL NOT be charged the postage costs to then have the exchanged item delivered to them. International customers WILL be charged standard shipping costs to have the exchanged items delivered to them.

What if my item is faulty and I don’t want to pay the postage to return it?

You are entitled to a refund or an exchange if you return faulty items within 30 days.
Fill in your pre-printed Returns form indicating which faulty items you are returning and if you want a refund or the item replacing. Place this form in the parcel you are returning to us along with the items. Also include a copy of your postage receipt so we are able to refund your postage costs. Once we have established that it is a manufacturing fault we will refund you via the original method of payment (plus postage costs) as soon as possible after we have received the goods. In some cases this may take longer than our usual refund time of within 10 days depending on the fault.
