Delivery & Returns

Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch all orders placed online Monday to Friday within 48 hours, however it will most likely be sooner. In the event we think it may take longer we will of course contact you.

Any orders placed online during the weekend will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours of the next working day. (Including Bank Holidays)

All orders will be dispatched by either UPS or DPD using their Standard Delivery Service

Please note deliveries take place Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm, we cannot deliver on Saturdays

  It is important to note that you may have to pay custom duties and taxes on the items you purchase and that these local fees are not included in your J Shoes invoice

All deliveries will require a signature.

We appreciate that you may not always be at home to receive a delivery. Therefore we offer you the option to provide an alternative delivery address other than your registered card address. This option is available during the check out.

Please note if you are not available to sign for the parcel at the given delivery address and it is subsequently returned to us you will be liable for any redelivery charges.

We regret we are unable to post to PO Boxes and to the British Forces Post Office (BFPO)

What if I want to cancel my order?

The United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to cancel your order within 7 days and receive a full refund including the original postage charges.

Cancellations must be made in writing and can be emailed to: customerservices@jshoesonline.co.uk

For orders that are 'Awaiting Dispatch' it may be possible to cancel your order before it is dispatched. Please contact us at customerservices@jshoesonline.co.uk as soon as possible after placing the order.

If your order has already been dispatched please follow the instructions for ‘What if I want a refund?’

What if I want a refund?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, even if you simply change your mind, you have 14 days in which to return your item to us for an exchange or refund.

If you have cancelled your order following the above procedure and within 7 days you will receive a full refund including original postage charges.

If you simply return the item to us you will receive a refund minus the delivery charges.

You are responsible for the delivery costs to return the item back to us.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that requires a signature & insures you for the value of the goods.

Simply fill in your pre-printed returns form indicating which items you are returning and wish to be refunded for. Place this form in the parcel you are returning to us along with the items.

If the items are returned to us within 14 days in their original condition with all labels and tags attached we will refund you via the original method of payment.

Refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear in your account. This time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control.

What if I want to exchange an item?

For UK customers if you require an exchange we will deliver it at no extra cost. For European customers you will need to return your original order for a refund and place a new order online.

Fill in your pre-printed returns form indicating which items you are returning and wish to exchange, including the details of the item you wish to receive in exchange.

If you require a different product (rather than a different size or colour of the same product) you will need to place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

Place this form in the parcel you are returning to us along with the items.

You are responsible for the delivery costs to return the item back to us.

You will receive an email confirming that we have received your return and are processing your exchange; you will receive a further email when the exchange has been dispatched. Our standard delivery times apply for exchanges.

What if my item is faulty or you have sent me an incorrect item?

In the rare event that your product is faulty or we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong order please contact us by email customerservices@jshoesonline.co.uk quoting your order number and our customer service team will respond as soon as possible.
